Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1. Who we are
Del AI (“Del AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at usedel.ai and provides AI-led migration, implementation, and ongoing improvement services that move companies off proprietary SaaS to open-source software they own. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected on usedel.ai. Information handled inside a paid engagement is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, work email address, company, and anything you describe about your current systems or goals. Bookings are handled through Cal.com.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect standard analytics data including pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type, and a truncated or anonymized IP address, through Google Analytics 4.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use Google Tag Manager to manage scripts and Google Analytics 4 to understand anonymized site usage. Analytics cookies are only activated after you accept them on the consent banner. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set and the corresponding data is not collected. Strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function may still be used.
4. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to consultation requests and inquiries, prepare and deliver the savings or ROI estimates you ask for, operate and improve the website, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including Google (analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), our email provider, and our hosting and infrastructure partners. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not otherwise share your personal information except where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
6. Data retention
Analytics data is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics 4 (14 months by default). Consultation and contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to withdraw your consent to analytics, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@usedel.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored data, and access controls based on the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take additional steps to notify you where appropriate. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
