How we contact businesses by email

We email a business only when it has published a specific need we can help with. These rules apply to every sender, domain and partner working on behalf of Del AI and its brands.

1. Businesses only. We write to company addresses about a need the company itself has published, most often an open job post. We do not email personal or consumer addresses.
2. One person, one reason. We write to the person responsible for that need, about that need. We do not buy, rent or send to bulk email lists.
3. Few emails. No more than four emails per company per brand, and we stop at any reply.
4. Opting out is one word. Any reply asking us to stop removes the address, and the whole company domain, from every brand and every sending domain we use, permanently.
5. Who we are, always. Every email names the sender and the company and carries our postal address.
6. No tracking. We do not use open-tracking pixels or tracked links in first-contact email.
7. No third parties sending for us outside these rules.
8. No bulk mail. This website and our sending domains are never used in bulk or list mailings, by us or by anyone on our behalf.
